Public rates from DHL Express, FedEx International Priority and UPS Worldwide Express for standard document shipping United States–Spain (0.5 kg), checked in 2026. USPS Priority Mail International offers a cheaper rate but with 6–14 day delivery times, very limited international tracking after customs, and basic insurance — not recommended for critical documents.
So why do the others charge more?
Because with the big couriers you're paying for the global network, not just the shipment. DHL, FedEx and UPS cover 220+ countries and that structure is priced into every shipment, wherever it goes. We've built direct routes with trusted local operators — fewer layers, deals worked out over the years, volume that brings costs down. The final price reflects that: €39 flat, all in, no markup for a network your shipment doesn't need.

We don't handle the US apostille
Your document must reach us already apostilled by the corresponding Secretary of State (or the US Department of State for federal documents). We explain the process on WhatsApp.
We don't process US documents
We don't obtain Birth Certificates, FBI checks, Transcripts or any document. If yours doesn't exist yet, it must first be issued in the US. We transport it once it's ready.
We don't do sworn translation
If you need a Spanish translation for official procedures, we recommend sworn translators certified by MAEC (€30–60 separate).
We're not a degree recognition agency
Degree recognition is handled by the Ministry or ANECA in Spain. We bring you the documents; you or a specialised agent handle the recognition.
We don't handle the Spanish apostille
If you're sending a Spanish document to the US and it needs apostille, you handle that at the Ministry of Justice or Notaries College before handing us the document.
Why we're honest about what we DON'T do
Because a thousand companies promise everything and fail at almost everything. We prefer to tell you the truth: we're specialists in document transport, period. If you need apostille, degree processing or sworn translation, we tell you exactly who does it well — even if that's not us. Your trust is worth more than a badly served customer.
Transparent pricing
Not magic. Not a temporary offer. It's the business model.
We don't cover 220 countries like DHL. Our operation is concentrated on specific Spain corridors — the US is one of them. Less complexity = lower costs.
We work directly with local operators in the US for pickup and ground. We negotiate rates with them. An individual customer would never get those prices.
One office in Barcelona. One bilingual team. No executives in glass towers. The price you see is the real price of the service.
We know the Ministry procedures, the Hague apostille, ANECA recognition, consular timelines. We're not a generic courier — we're the US↔Spain bridge.

FAQ
No catch. We specialise in the United States↔Spain route, work with local US couriers and have recurring volume (nationality, degree recognition, transatlantic estates). DHL/FedEx/UPS charge €55–70 because they cover 220 countries with global infrastructure. More detail in the 'Why €39' section.
Yes. Carrer de Pelai 9, 08001 Barcelona. Office hours, support in Spanish and English.
USPS Priority Mail International is cheaper than us, but takes 6 to 14 days, international tracking is very limited (visibility drops once past Spanish customs) and insurance for important documents is almost none. Not a real alternative for urgent or critical documents. If yours isn't urgent or critical, USPS can work for you.
